Club and Clubhouse closure due to flooding

As reported on local news channels, a burst water main in Beeston has caused widespread flooding in the local area.  The flood has reached the golf club.  The car park, parts of the clubhouse and course are under water.  

As a consequence the clubhouse and course will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday 8th March.  The situation will be reassessed then

Sunday Junior Coaching

Head Professional Richard Lawrence offers group coaching on Sunday afternoons assisted by members of the club's Junior Steering Group.. Please book a place with Richard well in advance as there is a maximum group size. This is open to non-members as well as members. All equipment is provided and it's a great opportunity to try the game for the first time..

Ladies' Golf Coaching

If you are looking to meet like-minded people, have some fun and learn a new skill that can improve your physical and mental wellbeing then learning to play golf could be just the thing for you. SafeGolf

The Club are pleased to announce that we have received SafeGolf accreditation from England Golf. SafeGolf is a partnership of UK golf bodies who are committed to promoting a safe and positive environment for all those participating, working and volunteering in the sport of golf.

There is a drop-down menu at the top of the website entitled 'Safe Golf' which contains Safeguarding policies for Children, Young People and also Adults. These policies are for the benefit of members and visitors alike and apply irrespective of age. There are also contact details for our Club Welfare Officer.

Participating in golf should be an enjoyable experience for everyone so please familiarise yourself with our policies in case you see, or hear, something which concerns you and wonder what to do. The policies also extend to the steps needed to undertake voluntary work with young people.
