Great tones from Etone
Hi I thought I would take the time to feedback regarding our golf day yesterday (Etone Golf Society) at Chilwell. Our day was fabulous. Having spoken to all my members and receiving their feedback the day went superbly. From the moment we booked and leading up to the day was also handled with efficiency. Please thank all the staff, Paul the Pro who met and greeted us with a kind, friendly and professional manor, to the catering staff who also showed the same care and attention as well as providing us with a hearty breakfast that arrived fast and very tasty. With this excellent service and the fabulous condition of the course we will most definitely be visiting again next year. I will be ringing again to book as soon as finish this feedback email. Well done to all the staff for our great day. Kind regards from all our members Sohail Caratella Etone Golf Society

Notts County Ladies Waltz the day away at CMGC
I would just like to say a big thank you to CMGC for hosting the Nottinghamshire County Ladies event yesterday.
I received good comments from the ladies in the competition for both the course and catering facilities. While the course was regarded as being tough in view of the rough being quite long, special thanks should go to the ground staff for all their hard work. Many ladies appreciate what is involved and the difficult weather conditions we have had recently. The greens were particularly singled out for praise for both speed and running true.
Thanks also to Sally and her team who looked after us all very well with many compliments received, it was a long day for her.
The halfway house was a great relief for the ladies, with a welcome tea or coffee provided by Marilyn Musson, Kathryn Harrison, Marian Price and Roz Marvin. Thank you to them all for giving up their time yesterday.
Lastly but not least, thanks to the members who gave up their course for the day for a Ladies County Competition, your support of the ladies is much appreciated.
